This program is best for those with prior training experience who want to tackle specific lifts, skills, or take their training to the next level.
It is also beneficial for anyone trying to get back in the swing of things and start at their own pace.
After completing your initial consultation, your personal coach will take you through a series of assessments and a body composition scan. Your coach will review your goals and needs to create your ideal program. Your program is delivered to you via our training app. You can complete your program during any of our Open Gym times.

We offer 25 group strength + conditioning classes per week. All classes are 60 minutes long, instructor lead, and consist of a warm up, strength component, and conditioning piece.
Movements can be scaled and modified to meet you where you’re at.
CrossFit principals are used in programming the conditioning component.
Our Strength + Conditioning program will not only improve your overall fitness, it is also written to prepare you for our 4 yearly events in partnership with the Crim Fitness Foundation. Learn more about our events here

READY TO GET STARTED?
If your child is ready for organized sports, they’re ready for our strength + conditioning class!
Classes are instructor lead beginning to end, 45 minutes long, and teach foundations of movement.
Classes meet Wednesday’s from 6:00-6:4pm.
Want your High School or Middle School student to start lifting or keep them active in their off season? Our 60 minute class is the answer.
Classes are held Monday-Thursday at 4:00pm and are instructor lead start to finish.
