This program is delivered 5x/ week and always starts with a strength session followed by a conditioning component.
It’s built off of GPP principals, with a heavy emphasis on strength. You can expect to see a press variation on Monday, Dynamic lift on Tuesday, squat variation on Wednesday, development + durability on Thursday, and a lower pull on Friday’s.
The session isn’t complete until you’ve done the conditioning component. It includes a variety of functional elements and is guaranteed to improve your overall fitness.
This program can be completed in 60 minutes.
