Crim Fitness + Sal's Gym CrossFlint Event Series

Looking for functional events in Flint? You just found them.

Sal’s Gym Flint and the Crim Fitness Foundation present the Strongest Mile, Atwood Series, CrossFlint 5k Challenge, and Barbell and Brews! This year there will be the opportunity to participate in 4 functional fitness events starting in May and running through October.

Proceeds benefit the Crim Fitness Foundation and Sal’s Gym Youth + Law Enforcement programs.

Unlike most gyms, we don’t take a one size fits all approach. We offer 3 different membership options to meet you where you are in your fitness life cycle.

You can experience a transformation doing as little as 60 minutes of focused work 3 times per week. But, we can’t do the work for you. You’re responsible for your own results.
