Step 1: Schedule Your Intro
During your 30 minute Intro Call, we want to get to know you better and see if we’re a good fit for each other. We want to know what has worked in the past, what hasn’t, and why you’re ready for us now.
Step 2: InBody Scan + Assessments
Step 3: Make A Plan
Now that we’ve gotten some metrics, we will set goals and make a plan. This looks different for everyone and can include anything from yoga, strength, accessory work, conditioning, personal training, nutrition coaching, to nutrition education.
(We don’t believe in the one size fits all approach)
Step 4: Do the Work
Complete your workouts during any of our training times. If you want to work more on specific movements, our coaches offer personal training for 1-on-1 coaching.
Step 5: Measure Results
You completed a 8 week cycle, now it’s time to see what you’ve done. We will test your lifts and get you back on the InBody to take a look at the body composition changes you’ve made (most people put on atleast 4lbs of lean mass at their 60 day check in). When we’re done celebrating, we will decide what the next 8 weeks will look like- do you want to stay on the same path or switch it up?You accomplished what you set out to do, now it’s time to tell a friend.

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?
Yes. If you’re motivated and ready, you can do it. We know we aren’t for everyone. Our gym is full of people from every back ground who are all here for one reason- to be better.
How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
It all depends on what you want to accomplish. Your coach will help you decide what works best for your goals and lifestyle.
What will my first time in your gym be like?
If you have experience, you will get right to work on your training program. If you’re new, we will set you up with a few 1-on-1 sessions with you before we turn you loose. Click one of the thousand “Schedule Call” buttons in our site.
Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

If you are just passing through, here are your options to attend:
- Drop-in fee of $20 per day
- Must have a program to follow
We don’t do traditional “group” classes, so come with a plan.
